Your first three steps

  1. Don't Miss Any Trainings/Meetings

Consistent training is the foundation for your growth at WFG. Attending all meetings and trainings will help you stay informed, build confidence, and connect with your team. Make it a priority to join our regular sessions so you never miss important updates, strategies, and success stories.

    • New Members Orientation – Start your journey with the basics.
    • Weekly Training – Held every Tuesday and Saturday, these sessions cover essential topics and keep you up-to-date on industry trends and sales techniques.

Make attendance a habit! The more you participate, the faster you'll grow and the more support you'll receive from your team.

  2. Get Licensed

Your insurance license is your entry ticket to helping families and building your WFG business. The licensing process includes required education and passing your state exam. Your team and leaders are here to support you every step of the way.

    • Register for pre-licensing education as soon as possible.
    • Attend licensing workshops and Q&A sessions to get your questions answered.
    • Access licensing practice questions (ask your SMD for materials).
    • Stay in communication with your SMD/upline for tips and accountability.
    • Track your progress and schedule your exam as soon as you're ready.

Don't delay—completing your licensing quickly allows you to start helping families and earning commissions right away.

  3. Get Appointed and Start Making Money

Once you're licensed, it's time to get appointed with WFG's partner companies and begin your business journey. Appointments give you access to real products, real clients, and real income opportunities.

    • Complete appointment paperwork and compliance requirements for carrier partners.
    • Register for training on how to submit business, run quotes, and use WFG's platforms.
    • Practice presentations with your upline and attend field training appointments.
    • Start reaching out to potential clients (friends, family, community) under your upline's guidance.
    • Ask questions, review cases, and get feedback to build your confidence.

The sooner you get appointed and start, the sooner you can make a difference for others—and for yourself!
